Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. Using the Platform’s services means the User unconditionally agrees to this Policy and the terms for processing their personal information set out in it.

For the purposes of this Policy, “User’s personal information” means:

• Personal information that the User provides about themselves when registering (creating an account) or while using the Services, including the User’s personal data.
• Data automatically transmitted to the Platform’s Services while they are used through software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie data, and information about the User’s browser and hardware.
• Other information about the User whose processing is provided for by the terms of use of specific BMC KDT Services.

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• Identifying the party within the Services, agreements and contracts with the Platform.
• Providing the User with personalized Services and fulfilling agreements and contracts.
• Communicating with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information about the use of the Services, and processing the User’s requests and applications.
• Improving the quality and usability of the BMC KDT Services and developing new Services.
• Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

The BMC KDT Platform takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.

We use modern encryption protocols (including SSL) for secure data transfer and store information on protected servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Cookies are small text files that a server sends to your device. We use cookies to keep the platform running smoothly, remember your preferences (for example, your language choice or login session) and collect analytics about site traffic.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, in that case the BMC KDT Platform does not guarantee that some features and services (for example, KDT CRM or the online store control panel) will work correctly.

The Platform may disclose the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

• The User has consented to such actions.
• The disclosure is necessary for the User to use a particular Service or to perform a particular agreement or contract with the User (for example, transferring data to the Visa/MasterCard payment systems when making an online payment).
• The disclosure is required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the established procedure (for example, at the request of law enforcement or judicial authorities).

The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information they have provided, in whole or in part, in the settings section of their personal account.

The User may also delete the personal information provided under a particular account by sending an official request to the BMC KDT technical support service. Deleting the account may make some Platform Services unavailable.

The BMC KDT Platform may amend this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the current version shows the date of the last update. The new version of the Policy takes effect when it is published, unless the new version provides otherwise.
